Rental Policy

I agree, by signing this document that I cannot hold Ward’s Husqvarna Sales & Service for any injuries that may occur while using any rented equipment from Ward’s Husqvarna Sales & Service.

l indemnify and hold Ward’s Husqvarna Sales & Service harmless to any and all claims, actions, suits, proceeding, expenses and liabilities that may arise out of or related to my use of the rented equipment.

I acknowledge that I can be held responsible for the loss, theft, damage or destruction that may occur to the above equipment during my rental period.

MACHINE MUST BE RETURNED ON TIME, CLEANED AND FUEL TANK FILLED. 
RETURN OF DIRTY MACHINE WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF RENTAL DEPOSIT. 
$7/GALLON FUEL CHARGE IF NOT RETURNED WITH FULL TANK.
MACHINE MUST BE DROPPED OFF ON TIME OR LATE CHARGES WILL APPLY
